Inuwar fitila samfura ne da aka fi amfani da su a rayuwar yau da kullun. Kayan da ake amfani da su don inuwar fitilar PC galibi kayan PC ne da aka watsar/PMMA. Za mu iya yin waɗannan kayan guda biyu. 1. Binciken buƙatu da ƙirar dijital
Tsarin kwaikwayon aikin gani
Kwaikwayon Haske: Yi amfani da LightTools ko Zemax OpticStudio don kafa samfurin hanyar haske don tabbatar da cewa watsa hasken fitilar ya kai ≥92% (halayen kayan PC) da kuma guje wa walƙiya (UGR <19);
Tabbatar da Tsarin: Yi amfani da tsarin ANSYS don inganta kauri bangon mold (na al'ada 1.5-3mm), daidaita nauyi mai sauƙi da juriyar tasiri (wanda zai iya jure tasirin ƙwallo mai nauyin kilogiram 3).
Tsarin 3D na molds
Dabarun rubutu: Ga saman da ke da sarkakiya (kamar tsarin Fresnel), ana amfani da layukan rubutu marasa daidaituwa, tare da tsarin sandar zamiya mai girma uku (juriyar kusurwa ±0.01°);

An samar da layin walda kuma matsayin ƙofar bai dace ba, wanda ke haifar da haɗuwar kwararar ruwa da yawa. Daidaita lokacin allurar bawul ɗin mai gudu (kuskure ± 5ms)
Nakasa tabo, rugujewar tsarin ƙwayoyin halitta ko gogewa mara daidaito, walda na gyaran gida + siffanta hasken ion (adadin gyara 0.005mm)
Tsagewar damuwa, rashin gangaren rushewa (<1°) ko saurin rushewa da sauri, ƙara yawan fil ɗin rushewa (1 a kowace 100cm²)

Tsarin saman: Tsarin ruwan tabarau na Nanoscale Fresnel (daidaitaccen zurfin ±0.003mm), wanda aka cimma ta hanyar gyaran laser ko hanyoyin lantarki, tare da kusurwar watsa haske na ≤15° da kuma guje wa walƙiya (ƙimar UGR dole ne ta kasance ƙasa da 16);
Daidaito tsakanin kauri bango: An yi amfani da tsarin inganta yanayin ƙasa (ANSYS Discovery) don daidaita watsa haske da ƙarfi. Kauri tsakanin bango shine 1.2-2.5mm, kuma ana sarrafa haƙurin a cikin ±0.05mm. Layukan rabuwa da dabarun rushewa
Rabawa mara daidaituwa: Ga saman da ba su da tsari (kamar inuwar fitila mai siffar fure), ana amfani da madaukai masu siffar 3D da sandunan haɗin hydraulic da ke jan core. Kusurwar layin rabuwar ita ce ≤0.5° don tabbatar da babu walƙiya.
Gangaren Rufewa: Gangaren saman gani ≥1.5°, da kuma gangaren saman da ba na gani ba ≥0.8°. Tsarin fitarwa yana amfani da fil ɗin fitar da iskar silicon nitride (haɓakar friction coefficient <0.1).

Zaɓin ƙarfe mai siffar mold
Karfe mai ƙarfi: S136 SUPREME (HRC 52-54) ko German Gritz 1.2085 ESR (wanda aka goge madubi zuwa Ra 0.008μm) an fi so;
Maganin da ke jure wa tsatsa: An shafa saman da wani Layer mai kama da lu'u-lu'u (DLC) (kauri 2-3μm), wanda zai iya tsayayya da iskar gas mai guba da ke fitowa daga lalacewar zafin jiki mai yawa na PC.
